Tangelo can generate a report of the tagging that is used in your document. This can be useful to check if all relevant tags are applied but can also be used for sharing with your auditor.
To generate this report XLS file, go to the hamburger menu in your document where you would also generate your ESEF file.
There choose Export
Tangelo will ask what format to export in. Here choose ESEF block tags report
This will generate an Excel file. Start the export by clicking on the red button on the bottom left.
Tangelo will now generate the document. This can take up to 2 minutes depending on the size of the document.
The downloadable file contains a list of all mandatory taks, and where in the document these tags are placed. Thus creating a overview of tags.
This overview will also show where tags are nested. This is when a section has a tag, and and element within that section has the same tag. This situation is not allowed: a tag with an occurrence of the same tag inside can never be correct.
To see where that happens, refer to the export file and look for this:
