When no seats are available and a user account is created, or when trying to activate an inactive user account, you'll be notified that seats are unavailable:
Additionally, for inactive user accounts, an extra notification is displayed, stating that no seats are currently available:
In these situations, you have several options to proceed:
- Free up a seat by deactivating an existing active user account
- Convert an existing user from a standard/administrator profile to a Reviewer profile, which doesn't count toward your license seats (Note: This option isn't available if your Tangelo application uses the Full reviewer feature, as that does count toward available seats)
- Contact your Tangelo consultant to request a quote for additional seats
