No seats available

When a user account is created and there are no seats available, the following message is displayed:

Additionally, for inactive user accounts, an extra notification is displayed, stating that no seats are currently available:

In such situations, the following options are available to activate additional user accounts:

• Deactivate an active user account.
• Switch over an existing user account from the standard or administrator profile to the Reviewer profile. This option does not deplete the standard/administrator license seats/is free of charge.
  Please note : this option is not available when your Tangelo application utilizes the Full reviewer option, which does count towards the available seats.

Alternatively, you can request a quote for additional Tangelo seats from your Tangelo consultant.
