After running the ESEF export, Tangelo presents an error that it encountered an error during ESEF conversion.
The reasons for the error can vary. Most often the input of the chart is different from what the chart engine is expecting. Open up the data in the document, and check if the chart is displayed in the editor. The number between brackets in the error tells you which chart within this section is failing.
Please contact us if you have trouble finding out why the chart cannot be rendered.
