Attention ! Account profiles and document access

Both document-specific privileges AND account profile settings must align for access to work properly.

Together with the document access described above the account profile is relevant and needs to support the document access.

Profile levels:

Reviewer Limited to review functions only
Standard Can create content
Administrator Full system control including user/group management, document types, collections, and data sources
When switching profile, any privilege granted to this user and not fitting the profile will not be effective.

Important: Your account profile must match your document privileges.

For example:

  • Reviewers need both reviewer profile AND document reviewer privileges
  • Standard users need both standard profile AND appropriate document privileges
  • Administrators need both admin profile AND document privileges

Note: If you change to a lower profile level, any higher-level privileges previously granted will become inactive.
