By default, Column A is set to auto-sizing since it often contains the most text, while other columns typically hold numerical data. For connected tables, Tangelo automatically adjusts column widths based on data from the Excel file.

Tables spanning multiple pages

By default, Tangelo prevents tables from splitting across pages, keeping them together on the next page.

  • For large tables spanning multiple pages, disable the Keep together setting at the table level to allow breaking across pages.

Displaying tables

  • Smaller Tables: Displayed with all content visible.
  • Larger Tables: Initially collapsed to improve loading times.

To view a collapsed table:

  1. Click the gray box representing the table.
  2. Tangelo will display a summary of the table, and clicking the box again will reveal the full table:

This streamlined approach helps optimize performance without sacrificing functionality.
