1. Search
You can find a document by searching for the title and description. You can use parts of words or full words in your query.
2. Filter
Choose to search for active, hidden, or deleted documents. Hidden and deleted documents can only be seen by users with a manager-privilege on the document. Deleted documents will be permanently deleted after a configurable period (default 60 days).
3. Sorting
You can sort your results ascending or descending by clicking on a column header.
4. Document actions
You can perform multiple actions without accessing the document. The actions which you can perform depend on your user rights.
Buttons
5. Red buttons will always perform an action. This one performs a search.
6. Silver buttons will always take you to another page. This button will take you one level up (you can also use "Backspace"). In this case the button will take you to the Start page.
7. Buttons beneath the dotted line will always take you one level deeper. In this case the button will take you to the document type properties.
Blue buttons will always open a popup / dialog. With this one you can create a new document.
8. Paging
A maximum of 10 search results is shown per page. You can navigate through all the pages with these buttons (shortkeys "," and ".").
