Overview

Investigate the issue
- Generate the iXBRL package.
- Review the validation report.
- Confirm that the reported error is
incorrectNamingConventionReportPackageReportFile. - Verify whether the filename has been modified after export.
The generated filename should always be used exactly as provided by Tangelo.
Resolve the issue
If the filename has been manually changed:
- Download a new filing package from Tangelo.
- Use the original filename generated by the system.
- Validate the package again.
If the original filename generated by Tangelo already triggers this validation error:

- Include the validation message and the generated package filename.
- Ask the support team to investigate the naming convention configuration.

Remarks
- Do not rename the generated filing package.
- Do not add version numbers, status indicators, dates, or other custom text to the filename.
- Filing authorities typically reject packages that do not follow the prescribed naming convention.
- If the original filename generated by Tangelo does not comply with the taxonomy requirements, contact support for assistance.
