Add the PDF version as a download

If the website offers a PDF download link, prepare it as follows:

  1. Generate the PDF file of the document.

  2. When generation is complete, download the PDF file to your local system.
  3. Go to the Files screen, upload the PDF file to the collection of your choice, and confirm the upload.

  4. Link the PDF file to the document by going into the root section.

  5. Add a Report PDF item that links to the PDF file.

Check the online layout in PUBLIC mode

Check the layout in PUBLIC mode to see the web layout exactly as a website visitor from the internet would.

  1. Open the document contents in Tangelo.
  2. From the main document options, click the website preview button.

Seeing an error message?
If an error message appears when you open the preview, you first need to add a PUBLIC viewer privilege to the root section of the document.
