Freeze this Version
Creates an uneditable version of the document and preserves the current state as a milestone.
Create New Version
Creates a new editable version of the document after a previous version has been frozen.
Copy
Creates a duplicate of the current document for reuse or further editing.
Export
Exports the document in one of the available formats, including XML and ESEF.
Validate XML
Runs a validation check to verify whether the document XML is correctly formatted.
Copy Link
Generates a direct URL to the document for sharing or quick access.
Tasks
Opens the document-related tasks used for workflow and deadline management.
Hide/Unhide
Changes the visibility status of the document to help organise drafts, test documents, or active content.
Delete
Moves the document to the recycle bin. Deleted documents remain recoverable for 60 days before permanent removal.
