For the XBRL button to be available for you, the following conditions need to be met:
- XBRL configuration is activated on the document type
- You have manager access on the document
Your user profile can be "Standard", it is not necessary to have an "Administrator" profile.
If you have recently received manager access on the document it may be needed to go back to the document overview and click the document again in order for the button to be visible.
