Introduction
Use this article when you want to review the details of a task assigned to you or another user. The task overview provides information about the related document or section, task status, assignment details, and any associated comments or annotations.
Summary
After opening the task overview, you can review task information, navigate to the related document section, and view details such as the assignee, due date, creator, and task history.

Task properties
The Task Properties section contains the main details of the task:
- Type indicates the task category, such as a review task, approval task, or annotation.
- Section shows the document section associated with the task.
- Document shows the document in which the task was created.
- Status displays the current task status.
- Due date shows the deadline, if one has been assigned.
- Assigned to shows the user responsible for completing the task.
Depending on the task type, additional information may be displayed, such as:
- Description containing instructions or comments.
- Annotation type indicating the annotation category.
- Original text showing the content that was annotated.
Creation information
The Creation / Modification section shows who created the task and when it was created.
Replies
The Replies section contains responses, comments, or discussions related to the task.
Navigating to the related content
Tasks are linked to a specific document or document section. Use the section link displayed in the task overview to navigate directly to the relevant content.
For annotation tasks, changes cannot be made directly from the task overview. Open the related section and edit the annotation within the document.
