Change track information is available using the following two options:
- PDF (file)
-
History module (screen)
1. PDF (file)
A PDF with change information can be created via the PDF menu option:
Attention ⚠️ ! This option is available when at least one/the first document version has been frozen. This is because this option compares the changes to a previous version of the document.
Freezing a document version is done using this menu option:
Track changes and shared documents
When you generate a track-changes comparison of a document (e.g. an Annual Report) using shared sections, changes made inside linked shared documents are compared based on the shared version selected in the parent document:
2. History module (screen)
The other possibility to show changes is via the Changes/History module. This option is always available, also in this first version. You can activate this function in the editor (2).

You can then choose a previous version or timeframe to compare the changes:
Once you’ve applied your selection the changes will appear in the right-hand panel.
