Introduction
Use this article when you want to provide feedback on a document during the review process. In review mode, you can create comments to discuss content or create text proposals to suggest specific changes.

Overview
Create a comment or text proposal
- Open the document in Review mode.
- Navigate to the text you want to review.
- Select the relevant text.
- Choose Comment or Proposal from the pop-up menu.
- Enter your comment or proposed text and add a motivation or additional explanation.
- Optionally assign the item to one or more users.
- Optionally specify a due date.
- Click Save.
Share comments and proposals immediately
After saving, comments and proposals remain private and are only visible to you.
To share an item immediately:
- Open the comment or proposal.
- Click Share.
The assigned users receive a notification and can review the item.
Share multiple comments and proposals
When reviewing a document, you may prefer to create all comments and proposals before sharing them.
- Complete your review and create the required comments and proposals.
- Click Share in the top-right corner of the review mode.
- Select the items you want to share.
- Click Share to send them.
The assigned users receive an email notification for the shared items.
Expected Result
Comments and text proposals are created and shared with the selected users. Assignees receive an email notification and can review the assigned items.
Remarks
- The Review module is an optional feature and may not be included in your organization's subscription.
- Newly created comments and proposals remain private until they are shared.
- Users can only be assigned if they have an account in the environment.
