Introduction

Use this article when a data source is no longer needed and can be removed from the platform. Deleting a data source removes the source itself but does not remove data that has already been synchronized into documents.

Summary

After following these steps, the selected data source is permanently deleted from the platform.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Data Sources tab.
  2. Open the data source management overview.
  3. Locate the data source you want to delete.
  4. Open the hamburger menu of the data source.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Confirm the deletion.

Existing table data in linked documents remains available after the data source has been deleted.

Linked tables are disconnected from the deleted data source and can no longer be synchronized with new data.

Remarks

  • The Delete option is only available to users with the required permissions.
